These Terms are an agreement between BasolinoVoIP (the operator of the basolinovoip.com website, hereinafter the “Service”) and the user of the services (hereinafter the “Client”). By creating an account or paying for a service, you accept these Terms in full. Our primary channels of communication with you are email and the dashboard.
What we provide
- access to numbers from our catalog for receiving incoming SMS (and, for certain formats, calls), displayed in the dashboard;
- issuance of numbers from the available pool; specific digit combinations requested individually are not guaranteed;
- support for active services;
- replacement of a number in the event of technical issues on the carrier’s side or changes in legislation — free of charge and with notice.
Key service limitations
- numbers work for receiving only: outgoing calls and sending SMS are not included in the services;
- calls to emergency services (112, 911 and equivalents) are technically impossible;
- we do not guarantee SMS delivery from every existing sender: third-party platforms and carriers apply their own filters. For Telegram registration, a separate code delivery guarantee applies to numbers with the corresponding label; its terms are set out in the Refund Policy;
- formats with a limited term return to the pool once that term ends;
- activation times are stated on the destination card; if document verification is required, the time may increase, and such a delay is not grounds for a refund.
Client obligations
- to pay for services on time; the Service operates on a prepayment basis;
- to provide valid documents if activation of a particular destination requires it;
- not to use numbers for fraud, spam, evasion of sanctions regimes or any illegal activity;
- to verify independently that the use of virtual numbers is lawful in your jurisdiction;
- to be responsible for the actions of third parties to whom you have granted access to your account;
- to be over 18 years of age;
- to communicate with support respectfully — we reserve the right not to respond to abusive messages.
Financial terms
Charges include a one-time setup fee and a recurring fee for the selected format. The recurring fee is debited from the dashboard balance. If funds are insufficient, the service is suspended, and after a reasonable period the number may be returned to the pool without separate notice. To stop charges, remove the number from your account before the next billing period begins. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service without a refund in the event of a breach of these Terms, submission of forged documents or reasonable suspicion of illegal activity. We may also update our rates and these Terms; the current version is always published on this page.
Intellectual property
The name, design and materials of basolinovoip.com belong to the Service; using them without our written permission is prohibited. You retain the rights to your own materials.
Liability
We strive for stable operation but do not guarantee absolutely uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect losses, including the consequences of third-party platforms blocking your accounts. The Service’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service to which the claim relates.
