In this document, “we”, “our” and “the service” mean BasolinoVoIP, the operator of the basolinovoip.com website and the associated user dashboard. This document describes what data we process, why we need it and what rights you have regarding your data. We follow the principle of data minimization: we collect only what the service cannot function without.
What data we process
- Account data — your email address and the credentials used to log in to your dashboard.
- Payment information — order and top-up history and your chosen payment method. We do not store card details: they are processed by payment providers on their side.
- Service data — purchased numbers, incoming SMS in your dashboard and technical logs (IP address, time of operations).
- Correspondence — support requests and their history.
- Documents — only for certain destinations where the local telecom operator requires verification; you are always informed of this before payment.
Why we use it
Four purposes, and nothing beyond them: providing the service (issuing numbers and delivering SMS to your dashboard), billing and fraud prevention, support in response to your requests, and compliance with telecommunications law. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
Who else may process data
Certain operations are performed by contractors acting on our instructions: payment providers (payment processing), telecom partners (routing of numbers and SMS) and infrastructure services (hosting, protection against attacks). Each of them receives only the minimum necessary for its function. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Disclosure in response to official requests
We may disclose data if we receive a legally binding request from an authorized body. In all other cases, the contents of your dashboard and your correspondence remain confidential.
Retention periods
Account data and service data are retained for as long as the account remains active. After the account is closed, they are deleted or anonymized, except for information we are required by law to retain longer (for example, financial records).
Your rights
- request a copy of the data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your account together with your data (except data we are required by law to retain);
- withdraw any consent to processing you have previously given.

Changes to this policy
When this document is updated, the new version is published on this page with a new date. We additionally announce material changes in your dashboard.
