Payment Methods

You can pay for BasolinoVoIP numbers using the method that suits you best: we support the main international payment methods and a number of regional ones. The final set of methods depends on the payer’s country and is shown at the payment step in your dashboard. Below is a general overview of the available options.

Main categories

  • Bank cards — Visa and Mastercard; payments are processed by certified payment providers.
  • Cryptocurrencies — BTC, ETH, USDT and other popular networks; an option for those who value payment privacy.
  • E-wallets — widely used international wallets and money transfer services.
  • Regional methods — local payment systems in Europe, Asia and Latin America, enabled depending on the country.
  • For businesses — payment by invoice via bank transfer; terms are agreed with support.

How payment works

You top up your dashboard balance using the method of your choice. Purchases and renewals are then debited from the balance right away. Card and e-wallet payments are credited immediately; cryptocurrency is credited after network confirmations. The service does not store card details: they are processed by the payment provider.

Refund rules are set out in a separate Refund Policy. It also describes the automatic guarantee for disposable numbers and the code delivery guarantee for registration numbers. The general terms of our cooperation are set out in the Terms of Use.

Payment questions

Which payment methods are available right now?

The current list is always shown at the payment step in your dashboard; it depends on your country and the payment amount. The core set is stable: bank cards, cryptocurrencies and popular e-wallets.

Can I pay anonymously with cryptocurrency?

Crypto payment requires no bank details and suits those who value privacy. The only data required is the service account to which the payment is credited.

Why can’t I see a payment method that a friend of mine has?

The available methods depend on the payer’s country and the rules of the payment providers. If your usual method is not shown at the payment step, contact support and we will suggest the closest alternative.

How quickly is a payment credited?

Cards and e-wallets — almost right away; cryptocurrency — after network confirmations, usually within 10–30 minutes. The number is issued right after the payment is credited, according to the rules of the selected format.

Is there a fee for topping up?

Not on the service’s side. Your bank, wallet or cryptocurrency network may charge a fee; it is displayed before you confirm the payment.

Do you store my card details?

No. Card details are processed by the payment provider on its side. Our dashboard stores only the transaction history, without full card details.

Can I pay from my dashboard balance?

Yes, this is the main scenario: you top up the balance by any convenient method, and all purchases and renewals are then debited from it in a couple of clicks.

Do you issue invoices to companies?

We also work with businesses. Upon request to support, we will discuss payment by invoice and the supporting accounting documents required in your jurisdiction.

What should I do if the payment went through but my balance was not topped up?

Do not pay again. Contact support with the transaction ID, and the payment will be located and credited manually. Such cases are rare and are resolved quickly.

Is money refunded by the same method I used to pay?

By default, refunds are made to your dashboard balance (1–5 business days); on request, to the original payment method if the provider supports it. Details are in the Refund Policy.
